Aká bude vaša kľúčová zodpovednosť:
- Lead the full lifecycle of technical delivery from the start through implementation, ensuring all project goals are achieved and aligned with company objectives
- Oversee daily operations, resolve technical challenges promptly, and maintain smooth execution
- Continually adapt project implementation plans to meet evolving requirements and stay responsive to emerging needs
- Work closely with Test Leads, Solution Architects, Program Managers and Technology Teams to align and achieve project milestones
- Ensure that every deliverable upholds our high standards of quality and compliance, addressing both technical and regulatory criteria
Aké skúsenosti by ste mali mať:
- 7+ years in Technical Leadership with experience in roles such as Technical Lead, orTechnical Project Manager
- Extensive experience in designing, planning, and executing end-to-end technical projects, with a keen ability to keep teams aligned with project goals.
- A collaborative background working with Test Leads, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to ensure strategic alignment and shared vision.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance requirements, with a track record of ensuring all deliverables meet these standards.
- Ability to respond to technical challenges swiftly, adapting plans as needed to accommodate changing requirements and priorities.
- Skilled at communicating complex technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders, ensuring a unified understanding across all teams.
