Treasury Business Partner

Reporting to the Global Head of Treasury Operations, You will be responsible for the Treasury Back and Middle office activities for group entities. The role requires to supervise treasury activities with a view to centralized management combined with an ability to execute improvement plans. The role will be a key advisor on cash management solutions.

What will be your key responsibilities:

The person will work in the Business Process Digitalization dept of the IT function, to support the management of the information system related to corporate finance business processes, aiming to standardization, coordinating solution planning, development, and maintenance activities.


Major responsibilities:

  • Support standardization of Corporate finance and Treasury applications
  • Support the business in the Corporate Finance & Treasury process definition and improvement, collecting business requirements, providing analysis, and developing plans
  • Proactively establish relationships with business representatives to ensure an effective communication
  • Execute the feasibility studies, validating the solutions and sharing them with the other IT areas
  • Coordinate the development activity of Corporate Finance and Treasury applications (Corporate performance management and Treasury management system ) and the maintenance of existing ones
  • Support business in understanding the roles and responsibilities related to new IT solutions
  • Ensure the IT process documentation and provide functional support for the specific applications
  • Support budget needs identification and use the assigned budget implementing the IT global Finance and Treasury standards
  • Define the test cases and scenarios for application deployment
  • Participate and validate the definition of SLA for business
  • Monitor progress and budget state of each project
  • Support information sharing between regions
  • Interact and drive the outsourcers about maintenance and project activities
  • Execute estimation/quotation review

What experience should you have:

Experience

  •  5 or more years of experience in a similar role
  •  Business process analysis
  •  IT services operations
  • Experience in working with outsourcers is preferred

Skills/competencies

  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving skills – including interaction with Senior/TOP management
  • Familiar with project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of Corporate Finance and Treasury business processes
  • Process analysis & simplification 
  • Knowledge of IT application services methodology (ITIL foundation is preferred)
  • Knowledge of specific process-related tools is preferred (Corporate performance management, Treasury management system, ERP)
  • A fluent English, both written and spoken (is considered a key skill to work at global level)
