As Sales Process Owner, you’ll oversee and continuously improve our sales process and CRM landscape, transforming workflows, data, and governance into a seamless sales ecosystem.
- Own and manage our CRM landscape by ensuring its functionality and usability, aligned with our evolving business needs
- Shape our sales processes by defining, enhancing, and enforcing standards that keep everything transparent and up to date
- Ensure data quality and meaningful reporting on accounts, contracts, and pipeline
- Oversee essential operational workflows such as signing and documentation to keep them efficient and accurate
- Empower our teams through training and continuous enablement on CRM tools, workflows, and governance
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office in Košice or Bratislava for meetings.
The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
