- Develop short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts for expected workload and capacity utilization across teams and service providers.
- Analyze and evaluate workforce data, identifying and implementing measures to stabilize service delivery and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare comprehensive staffing and shift plans across various units and locations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Address and resolve capacity bottlenecks proactively, maintaining a high level of service delivery.

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.
