Workforce Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Workforce Manager to join our team. This role involves preparing cross-team forecasts, analyzing workforce data, and planning service provider volumes to ensure optimal capacity utilization. You will be responsible for managing workforce allocation, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and developing concepts to streamline processes across multiple units and locations.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Develop short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts for expected workload and capacity utilization across teams and service providers.
  • Analyze and evaluate workforce data, identifying and implementing measures to stabilize service delivery and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare comprehensive staffing and shift plans across various units and locations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Address and resolve capacity bottlenecks proactively, maintaining a high level of service delivery.
  • Design and implement concepts to improve processes, thresholds, and communication channels, working to continuously enhance efficiency. 
    Work closely with operational managers, HR, and employees' representatives to ensure alignment and drive workforce optimization strategies.

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.

The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

What experience should you have:

  • Proven experience in workforce planning, capacity management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data evaluation and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams. 
    Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies.

  • Knowledge of workforce planning tools and methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German is a plus but not required; fluency in English is essential.
