• Education: University degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, information technology (IT) or finance
• 1-2 years background in customer service or finance preferred.
• Good understanding of billing, with a background in economics and finance.
• User experience with management information systems / reporting systems
• Ability to understand the entire Order-to-Cash process, including customer service, billing, payment, and collection.
• Language knowledge: German (fluent) and English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to understand end-to-end process
• Detail oriented problem solving skills
• Independent and comprehensive thinking
