Process and Quality Manager for Billing
We are looking for a Process and Quality Manager – Billing Processes to support the optimization and implementation of customer service and billing processes in a national and international environment. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with finance and service teams and actively contribute to improving process efficiency and quality.
What will be your key responsibilities:
Job content:
• Responsible for the continuous optimization and redesign of customer service processes, as well as their implementation in the organization and systems.
• Coordinate the processes and requirements with interfaces to finance and service. Document and control these processes and provide support for inquiries and systems.
• Cooperate with operational teams on process and quality analysis and identification of efficiencies for our business.
• Creation and collaboration of work instructions and documentation for Customer Service Units.
• Participate in the development of strategies for Customer Finance Billing Service Processes.
• Collaboration or management of projects related to our business.
What experience should you have:
• Education: University degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, information technology (IT) or finance
• 1-2 years background in customer service or finance preferred.
• Good understanding of billing, with a background in economics and finance.
• User experience with management information systems / reporting systems
• Ability to understand the entire Order-to-Cash process, including customer service, billing, payment, and collection.
• Language knowledge: German (fluent) and English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to understand end-to-end process
• Detail oriented problem solving skills
• Independent and comprehensive thinking
