Process and Quality Manager for ICS

Join us as a Process and Quality Manager for Internal Control Systems (ICS) Management and play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and continuous improvement of ICS-related processes and control documentation within Customer Finance, Partnering, and Local Sales.

Working in an international matrix environment, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Germany and Košice, acting as a key interface between process owners, control owners, auditors, and ICS functions. You will help ensure that processes, controls, and documentation remain up to date, transparent, audit-ready, and aligned with internal control requirements.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate ICS-related activities for Customer Finance, Partnering and Local Sales processes from the nearshore setup.
• You identify measures with regard to process compliance • You identify quality risks and introduce solutions measures
• Act as a central functional contact for German Customer Finance / Partnering stakeholders regarding ICS process execution and control documentation.
• Maintain, review and further develop ICS control descriptions in the central ICS tool.
• Manage workstreams related to ICS process improvement, audit readiness, control documentation and process compliance. 

What experience should you have:

Must-have qualifications:

  • University degree or completed vocational training combined with several years of professional experience in Process, Organization, or Quality Management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, process documentation, and quality management methods, including their practical application.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to independently structure and solve complex topics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams, management, ICS experts, and auditors.
  • Fluent German (mandatory) and very good English skills for documentation, audit communication, and international collaboration.
  • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, quick comprehension, and the ability to rapidly familiarize yourself with new topics and environments.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Experience with Internal Control Systems (ICS), including ICS methodologies, tools, and audit-related activities.
  • Experience in Customer Finance, Partnering, Local Sales, or Order-to-Cash (O2C) environments, including understanding of related process interdependencies.
  • Experience in auditor communication, conflict management, moderation, and presentation of complex topics to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in nearshore or shared-service environments.
  • Accounting knowledge and the ability to translate complex interdependencies into clear and understandable concepts.

  • Relocation Bonus: Employees relocating from another country to Slovakia based on an employment contract with DTSE Slovakia are eligible for a EUR 1,500 relocation allowance, paid during the first three months of employment (EUR 500 per month).
